COURSE DESCRIPTION
This program will examine those nearly universal provision at the end of every agreement which are frequently overlooked and unreviewed and overlooked because they are considered boiler-plate. The program will discuss the risks and traps inherent in each red flags that are commonly overlooked and drafting strategies to address.
